📦 Shipping Address Policy

To ensure successful delivery, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers if applicable.

• Incomplete Addresses: If an order is shipped without a unit/apartment number or other required details, carriers may mark it as undeliverable, return it to us, or deliver it to a central location (such as a mailroom, leasing office, or package locker).

• Delivered Orders: Once tracking shows an order has been delivered to the address provided, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement if the address was incomplete or incorrect.

• Returned Packages: If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will gladly reship it. Customers will be responsible for the reshipment cost.

We encourage all customers to double-check their shipping details before placing an order to avoid delays or delivery issues.
