Why does your seasoning taste different — less salty? It's herb-based, not salt-based. We use just enough salt to keep it fresh. The first time, add salt to taste — your palate's used to store-bought salt levels, and the flavor's already built in underneath.

Are these family recipes? Many are — blends like Poppy's Pork Chop and Earthy Herby Creole come from the flavors Kelley grew up on.

How fresh are they? We blend in small batches and ship fresh — not mass-produced to sit for years. Open a bottle and smell it.

How fast is shipping? Fast. We don't like waiting on our own orders, so we keep turnaround quick.

What if something's wrong with my order? We fix it right then — no "we'll call you back" and silence.
